WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

By placing an order you agree to waiting the current 24-72 hours processing time before your order is shipped. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships." "An email with your tracking number will be sent when your order is on its. We ship Monday-Friday via UPS/ USPS.


All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or national holidays. 

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

  

SHIPPING COST

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60 in the U.S., on orders over $100 in Canada, and on orders over €60 to Germany, Poland, Austria, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Monaco, Czech. Rep., Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia. Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Great Britain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee and the amount depends on the country and region you live in:

United States Free or $8
Canada Free or $18+
The rest of the world Calculated at checkout 


MAATIN Beds are oversized products and are excluded from the free shipping policy due to the larger sizes of these products, and shipping cost will be calculated by the ship-to address.

DUTIES + TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF U.S.

The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control. As such, we are unable to accurately estimate and collect the related duties at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local import duties.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If the tracking shows it as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, or if it was returned to sender due to a delivery failure, please file a claim using the link below:
