Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. Our warranty policy currently covers WALK, PLAY + TRAVEL products only. Lambwolf Collective retains the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.
Shipping time for domestic and Canada orders takes around 3 - 7 business days if all items in your order are in stock.
All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays. The paid amount for your order does not cover import duties and taxes which may be charged by your local customs office. Such charges are imposed by your customs authorities and are outside of our control.
We have a 14-day return policy for all products, not all requests are accepted and we retain the rights to the decision. A flat $8 restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible to ship products back to our office in Brooklyn.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. We will refund immediately once your return was approved.
